大鼠CXCR1（C-X-C趋化因子受体1型）是由Cxcr1基因编码的一种G蛋白偶联受体。它是白介素-8（IL-8） 的受体，主要功能是介导中性粒细胞的趋化与活化，在炎症反应的启动和调控中发挥关键作用。该受体被激活后，可顺利获得磷脂酰肌醇-钙第二信使系统等通路，引发细胞内钙离子浓度升高等一系列下游反应。研究还发现，大鼠CXCR1参与骨癌痛、肾小球肾炎等多种病理过程，是其作为潜在药物靶点的研究基础。 |
