| IL10RB 基因全称白细胞介素 10 受体亚基β，人类基因定位于 21 号染色体，全长 43816bp，包含 7 个外显子，编码的蛋白含 325 个氨基酸，属于 II 类细胞因子受体家族，是 IL-10 活性受体复合物的必需辅助链，单独与 IL10RA 共同表达才能启动 IL-10 下游信号传 导。 该基因功能广泛，编码的蛋白是 5 种 II 类细胞因子的共用受体亚基，既参与 IL-10 介 导的抗炎免疫调控，也作为 IFNLR1/IL10RB 二聚体的组成部分，介导 IFNL2、IFNL3 的抗 病毒活性，激活 JAK/STAT 通路诱导干扰素刺激基因表达，在机体抗病毒防御中发挥关键作用。 | |
